    Location: Odessa, 33556 – This position is onsite

    Pay: $20.00 per hour

    Type: Contract to hire

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm in office


    Job description:

    • Prepare, review, and process UCC-1 Financing Statements for new accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Research, correct, and update records for mail returned from county clerks, documenting all actions and changes in proprietary systems.
    • Respond to and follow up on requests from title companies and customers regarding account status changes in a timely, professional manner.
    • Support smooth departmental operations by collaborating with and providing assistance to the Accounting team as needed.
    • Utilize strong attention to detail and proficient skills in Word, Excel, and Mail Merge to perform accurate data entry while remaining flexible and willing to take on additional duties as a team player.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Title or mortgage company experience
    • Experience recording documents with the county

     

    Requirements:

    • Must have 2+ years of related or similar experience in an administrative role
    • Math: Intermediate
    • Must have professional communications skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
