    The Administrative Support Representative is responsible for supporting designated Inside Sales Representatives with administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include order entry, post‑sale customer support, and open quote follow‑up. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate processing, timely customer communication, and overall support efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to support daily administrative tasks
    • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through prompt task completion and effective internal and external communication
    • Enter orders into sales order processing systems, ensuring accuracy of delivery information, payment terms, and other critical order details
    • Confirm all orders with customers and perform follow‑up and order clean‑up as necessary
    • Meet minimum daily standards for quotes and administrative output expectations
    • Interact with internal departments to support customer commitments
    • Assist with business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance
    • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

    Metrics
    • Orders processed and converted
    • Number of line items processed
    • Email transaction volume
    • Post‑sale support activity
    • Customer follow‑up processes
    • Average time to complete tasks

    Qualifications
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use Radwell systems in an automated environment

    Knowledge & Skills Required
    • Strong computer proficiency
    • Proficiency using email, the internet, Microsoft Office, and similar tools
    • Ability to multi‑task
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem‑solving abilities
    • Strong communication skills

    Education & Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Experience in order entry or data processing preferred

    Compensation
    The recruiting base salary for this full-time position is $52,000 annually.
    Individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Work Schedule
    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may be adjusted based on business needs. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is required. Time off is granted in accordance with company policy and proper notice.

    Work Environment
    Professional open call‑center office environment. Occasional visits to warehouse, repair center, or other departments may be required. Dress attire is casual but professional. Employees must wear Radwear apparel once issued, along with a Radwell ID badge and access card. All safety policies must be followed.
