    At the highest level, the General Manager will be responsible for Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance, Personnel Management, Safety, and Strategic Planning among other things for our new distribution center in Lompoc.

      

    Key Responsibilities

    ?PersonnelManagement:

    ?Hire employees and building the team.

    ?Train site managers and staff and evaluate employee performance and productivity.

    ?Assistandsupportstafftraininginaccordancewithcompanyandstaterequirements.

    ?Overseeandorganizeallofthelocationoperationsanddelegatingresponsibilities throughout staff.

    ?Manage goals, KPIs and performance-based incentive programs for teams.

    ?Financials, Metrics andBudgeting:

    ?Create and manage budgets.

    ?Analyzing accounting and financial data.

    ?Generate reports and give presentations.

    ?Ensure metrics are met and that you are always striving for continuous improvement.

    ?Compliance:

    ?Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.

    ?Ensure that all safety, health and legal guidelines are met.

    ?You will ensure metrics are met and that you are always striving for continuous improvement.

    ?Regularly communicate with and update the senior leadership team.

     

    ?Facilitate the operational flow across departments with production, distribution, accounting, inventory, and sales teams.

    ?Other responsibilities as assigned.

     

    The candidate must have

     

    ?Degree in Business Management or a related field.

    ?Good knowledge of different business functions.

    ?Strong leadership qualities.

    ?Excellent communication skills.

    ?Highly organized.

    ?Strong work ethic.

    ?Good interpersonal skills.

    ?Meticulous attention to detail.

    ?Computer literate.

    ?Proactive nature.

    ?Fluency in written/verbal English/Spanish (Bilingual) a plus.

    ?Must be 21 years of age or older.
