About the position: We seek three to six Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.If you love being in a highly positive and fun environment, you might be perfect for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role and excited to make our customer service team a top priority for successfully supporting our Consultants and our Leaders. This position is responsible for building customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship building during every customer engagement, whether via phone, email, or live chat. Promotes the Companys products, services, and programs through all customer interactions. Positive attitude and professional approach to finding solutions for Sales Consultants and their customers essential. These positions are located in Mansfield, MA. Candidates must meet all the following criteria for further consideration: * 1+Years customer service experience preferably in a call center environment * Intermediate Computer Skills * Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills in English * Ability to work overtime Duties & Responsibilities * Answer incoming and return phone calls * Responsible for building customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship building on every customer engagement, whether via phone, email, or live chat * Identifies customers needs using active listening and probing skills and provides them with recommendations and options tailored to their needs * Resolve Repairs, Exchange, and Credit Card issues * May be required to work in one or multiple skill-based queues for various calls such as inquiries, order placement, returns etc. * Collects, interprets, and records customer feedback (voice of the customer) to drive continuous improvement to the customer experience * Responsible for supporting administrative and data entry tasks as assigned by leadership on an as-needed basis during idle times * Other duties as required Job Specifications & Qualifications (Must include 3 to 5 must haves) * High School Diploma * High School Diploma or GED, with Associates degree in related field preferred or Bachelors Degree. * 1+ year of customer service, sales, or call center experience required * Ability to assist customers via telephone, email or via online chat * Strong listening skills and ability to analyze and assess the needs of customers * Customer-driven and strong sense of customer advocacy * Excellent communication skills to include verbal and written and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to change * Self-motivated and have initiative * Strong problem-solving skills * Excellent time management and follow-through skills * Ability to gather information from customers and make decisions * Direct Selling/MLM Experience a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: * customer service: 1 year Work environment: * Office Communication method(s) used: * Email * Phone * Chat 3 hours ago - save job
