    JOB SUMMARY

    HOURS: 8am-5pm - Monday to Friday

    We’re looking for a motivated Vendor Account Manager to help grow and manage vendor relationships in Radwell’s Partnership Inventory Exchange (PIX) program. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for vendors—introducing them to the PIX program, onboarding them, and ensuring their ongoing success. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, negotiating agreements, and making sure vendors see Radwell as their top partner.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales, purchasing, or account management who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and thinking strategically about growth opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Recruit & qualify vendors – identify, vet, and onboard vendors into the PIX program
    • Build partnerships – pitch the value of PIX to vendors and maintain strong, long-term relationships
    • Be the main point of contact – handle vendor communication, address questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
    • Drive results – provide vendors and management with monthly sales analytics and performance reports
    • Negotiate agreements – work with vendors (and Radwell’s pricing team) to secure better discounts and rebate structures
    • Collaborate internally – coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, IT, and pricing teams to keep vendor accounts running smoothly
    • Ensure data accuracy – oversee vendor data submissions and work with IT to ensure proper formatting and tracking
    • Support growth initiatives – assist with activities to drive PIX signups and sales growth through vendor partnerships
    • Think strategically – evaluate vendor opportunities; when PIX isn’t the right fit, pass leads to other teams (business development, partnerships, M&A, etc.)
    • Travel as needed – visit vendor facilities for inventory and process walkthroughs

    May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

    • Hitting predefined sales and margin targets for 2025 and beyond
    • Growing the number of new vendor signups into PIX
    • Increasing vendor engagement and positioning Radwell as their top channel partner

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in sales, purchasing, or account management (Account Executive, Supplier Development, Relationship Manager, etc.)
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple accounts, solve problems, and think creatively
    • Comfort working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel , and preferably PowerBI
    • Analytical skills to pull and create reports to measure progress
    • Technical/industrial product knowledge is a plus

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    WORK SCHEDULE

    8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.

    This includes a 1-hour Lunch

    COMPENSATION:

    • The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $75,00 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance

    Benefits: Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, for which employees contribute toward the premiums. The Company provides fully paid short- and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits offered through Unum, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on their first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on the start date and may be used immediately. Radwell recognizes six Company-paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
