ABOUT THE JOB:

VSG is seeking to hire 5 Entry Level (college graduate) or Junior (1-2 years’ experience) Recruiter trainees in its NY City office. The job will include training in all aspects of Recruiting (sourcing through placement), VSG policies, procedures and systems. Candidate should be computer literate with MS Office and have experience utilizing computer applications. Trainees will be involved in actual recruiting with the opportunity to become accomplished recruiters. You will be working with a highly experienced team, client requests, candidates, and a variety of needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       A work ethic that is driven and not easily deterred from achieving recruitment goals

·       Demonstrated ability to interact with and effectively communicate with a variety of people

·       Ability to understand client needs and properly qualify a variety of candidates

·       Excellent communication skills and adaptable style

·       Computer and Application literacy

·       Ability to work with an applicant tracking system

·       Enthusiastic and passionate approach to technology and/or professional recruiting

·       Technology experience is a plus
