Preventative Maintenance Lube Mechanic CO-Pueblo Pueblo, CO, USA Full Time 1 Position Available Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, is seeking applications for a Class B Preventive Maintenance Technician in Pueblo, CO. The PM Class B is responsible to safely performing basic preventative maintenance on customer earthmoving equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Administrative: Completes service reports, warranty reports, and inspection reports as needed Interpersonal: Communicates PM problems to direct supervisor as they occur Technical: Operates heavy equipment safely Recognizes safety related issues and notifies proper personnel Obtains oil samples form machines Drains and replaces oil Replaces oil, fuel, air conditioning, and cab filters Accurately locates parts and service information using SIS Accurately orders and returns parts, following identified procedure Removes and installs components as needed to adjust engine valves Trains and guides the work of other PM Technicians Operates a lube truck Follows steps outlined in maintenance manual Upon infrequent occasions, completes Revisits, PIP's, and/or PSP's Performs and completes machine inspection reports Performs the highest level of quality work that is expected ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience Required : One - two years servicing machines Administrative / Clerical Experience - Basic Level Customer Service Experience - Basic Level Technical/Mechanical Skills - Basic Level Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Required : Commercial driver's license Required Skills and Competencies: Data Entry Organizational Skills Telephone Skills Communication Skills Safety Knowledge Math Skills Reading / Writing Skills Product Knowledge Reasoning Skills Computer Skills: Microsoft Word - Basic Level Microsoft Outlook - Basic Level DBS - Basic Level ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW - Basic Level Other relevant information : Other duties as assigned by Manager Wagner offers great benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.
