We make learning to swim convenient, effective and fun by providing experienced instructors to travel to our clients’ pools. Over the last eight years, our online service has matched thousands of clients and instructors in more than 30 major metro areas.

Staffing Coordinators focus on making successful matches and supporting our swim instructors - a growing and diverse group of independent contractors. It’s like a puzzle every day to find an instructor to fit each client’s unique requests.

A key part of the job is also communicating policies to new hires and strengthening relationships with long-time contractors. By helping instructors succeed, our clients stay happy and students learn vital water safety skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to instructor requests
• Match new clients with interested instructors
• Manage instructor accounts to track performance
• Assist instructors with questions via phone and email
• Work with customer service to address client concerns

• Creative problem solver who can anticipate issues
• Analytical thinker who focuses on results
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Able to learn new software programs quickly/tech-savvy
• Honest and ethical with good judgment
• College degree preferred
• Experience in education, swim lessons, and/or working with children is a plus!

Sunsational Swim School is a coast to coast provider of private swim instruction at client provided home and community pools. Our swim instructors travel to clients’ homes or housing community pools to provide private one-on-one or semi-private lessons. As a Sunsational Swim Instructor, you choose your own availability, as well as the distance you are willing to travel. This is a great part-time/flexible job for students!
