    Job Description

    HR Operations Intern

    Experian’s Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field. During our summer internship program, interns will have access to the latest technologies and challenging work. As a summer intern, you’ll learn about our exciting financial inclusion products and programs, experience philanthropic events that make us a force for good, and network across our global business units.     About this role

    • You will be given hands-on, self-driven projects with an opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of human resources

    • Join us in preparing for a global transformation of our HR systems by teaming with HR team members from other countries to develop global processes and an exceptional user interface

    • Validate current North America procedures for relevancy and accuracy

    • Participate in employee focus groups

    • Participate in data security and compliance assignments

    • Gain expertise on global ERP solutions and workforce management tools

    • Opportunity to shadow “days in life” of a variety of HR team members

    Qualifications

    • This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or Communications.

    • Eligible candidates should have completed at least three years of college (90 credit hours)

    • Work experience in HR related functions, customer service is preferred

    • Strong professional oral and written communication skills 

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    • Strong documentation and organizational skills 

    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion 

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a (Bachelor’s/ Masters/Phd) degree program in (list degrees) or related degree

    • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Resourceful, self-initiated

    • Curiosity and desire to learn about HR operations

    • Previous HR work experience
