  • Responsibilities
    • Keep tickets up to date and clearly documented in ticket management system.
    • Maintain hardware including workstations, phones, and servers.
    • Process employee status change requests including new hires, terminations, and department transfers.
    • Process requests for hardware and software purchases including workstations, phones, and peripheral devices.
    • Email/Phone account management.
    • Maintain IT asset and contract tracking system.
    • Basic network (wired and wireless) maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports each entity's mission and vision, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality guidelines and code of ethical behavior.
    • Flexible to work outside of standard office hours if requested with proper notice.
    • Performs other job-related duties as requested.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 0-1 year of experience in help desk or support.
  • Desired skills
    • Basic printing, peripheral support and troubleshooting skills.
    • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Familiar with support ticket, call center and knowledge-based systems.
    • Exceptional level of concentration and commitment.
    • Time management and prioritization skills.
    • Eager to learn and willing to teach others.
    • Able to work in a team environment.
    • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010-2017 (including Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe PDF Reader, VoIP Phone Systems, Google Apps for Business, and CRM or basic database knowledge.
    • Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, frequently type and converse over the phone (4 or more hours a day).
    • Requires the ability to lift 30 lbs.
    • Requires to ability to work occasional shifts outside of working hours.
    • Must be fluent in English.
  • Compensation
    $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
