    There is never a typical day at Accenture, but that’s why people love it here! As a new Junior Technology Associate, you might spend your day:

    • Leveraging existing and newly developed programming skills to build portions of client applications, and providing innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges
    • Being actively involved in the delivery of complex, large-scale IT transformations to ensure we meet budgets and timelines
    • Developing and implementing test plans
    • Working across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications
    • Analyzing, designing, building, and/or testing new components or enhancements to existing modules
    • Working with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
    • Designing and coding applications to functional and technical programming standards
    • Developing system specifications and interfaces for complex components
    • Identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
    • Ensuring critical systems continue running for our clients by maintaining codes

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associates Degree (with a graduation date no later than December 31, 2018) OR Technical Certification

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Consistent track record of strong academic performance
    • Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
