Job Description

About this role

Create engaging visuals for presentations, animated graphics, infographics, kinetic typography, and video pre/postproduction. Assist in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production, including helping with video shoots, designing and creating storyboard concepts and layouts, and developing enticing motion graphics videos for various media. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Have a strong foundation in art and design best practices, photography, composition, and other traditional design.

Qualifications

What your background looks like:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field of study

• Interns must be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro and After Effects

• Ability to comprehend and visually communicate complex concepts

• Ability to work in multiple design programs to produce eye-catching marketing materials

• Strong background in design, including typography, 2D asset creation

• Knowledgeable about motion graphic design and video production

• Experience in animation and video production techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects and priorities that change frequently

• Ability to multitask and switch priorities if needed to accomplish project goals

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with an ability to carefully review work

• Knowledge of typography and appropriate use of brand colors, images, and fonts, allowing for effective legibility and functionality

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills and a clean design aesthetic (required to show, Web link or PDF)

• Proficient in Mac
