    Job Description

    Experian’s Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field. During our summer internship program, interns will have access to the latest technologies and challenging work. As a summer intern, you’ll learn about our exciting financial inclusion products and programs, experience philanthropic events that make us a force for good, and network across our global business units.     Responsibilities of the Product Manager Intern include:

    • Perform marketing and competitive analysis to identify gaps, articulate the market needs, identify trends

    • Assist with the development and management of end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery

    • Participate in product development activities with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications and schedules are met per product requirements

    • Engage with internal and external partners and other key stakeholders to gather input for product vision, strategy, and roadmap

    • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing to identify go-to-market strategies

    • Support and develop go-to-marketing materials, presentation, guides for internal and external audiences

    • Support in requirements gathering by documenting discussions and decisions, and turning these into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

    • Support product management team as needed

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with an interest in product management

    • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program

    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Seismic

    • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

    • Passion for data and analytics, product management, and the financial industry

    • Strong organization and presentation skills

    • Effective communicator

    • Self-motivated and operates with sense of urgency

    • Able to identify opportunities and acts quickly to achieve results

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, data analysis and customer service
