    Job Description

    Experian’s Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field. As a summer intern, you’ll learn about our exciting financial inclusion products and programs, experience philanthropic events that make us a force for good, and network across our global business units.     Product Marketing Specialist Intern will be part of the team that sits at the nexus between our demand generation marketing team, our product management team, and our sales team. They will be a critical part of positioning our products, ensuring our go-to-market is world class and that our sales team is informed and motivated to bring our new products to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct industry and client research to inform target personas, develop deep understanding of market pain points and opportunities to inform positioning and materials

    • Work hand in hand with sales, product and marketing, consulting teams to assist in the development of high impact content

    • Gather and synthesize client successes, cases studies, and data points that help tell our story and turn them into sales enablement and marketing enablement materials

    • Collaborate continually with across teams and leadership to position products and provide training and materials for teams to executive product launches and promotions

    • Develop and refine repositories for sales enablement content

    • Work directly with sales leadership to roll out sales training on new products and positioning

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree program in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related degree

    • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program

    • Strong ability to collaborate and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

    • Strong listening and communication skills

    • Demonstrated abilities in writing, proofreading, and editing

    • Strong research, organizational, and time management skills

    • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively

    • Artful with words and passionate about creating compelling stories

    • Comfortable pushing creative boundaries

    • Experience with project management software (Seismic, Wrike, etc.)
