Experian’s Strategic Strategy Intern Program (within the Global Strategy team) offers an opportunity to learn about Experian’s business and the core aspects of our strategic systems and methodologies. The intern program is targeted towards undergraduate students and gives exposure to fundamental accounting and finance principles through project work.
As a member of Experian’s strategy team, you'll have a major role in compiling and distributing the Competitor Weekly Report, in addition you will assist in ad hoc projects involving the analysis of business issues, recommending solutions, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving abilities, and working with peers and business partners to understand financial decisions that maximize shareholder value.
Job Description
Gather, write, and refine product requirements from users and internal stakeholders
Develop product expertise from a technical and market perspective by understanding user personas, product features and functionality, product value proposition to clients, architecture, code base, and technical components
Develop strategies to improve product documentation based on the voice of the customer feedback
Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, finance, marketing, and developer teams to define and prioritize product enhancements and new products for the product roadmaps
Develop technical documentation, marketing and sales enablement materials to ensure clients’ successful adoption of our products
Plan, prioritize, and maintain product feature backlog and development for various products
Following Agile processes which support product requirements, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ticket creation
Qualifications
Knowledge of Agile framework and Product Development Lifecycle.
Knowledge of UX and Design processes.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, ask questions, and find answers.
Currently enrolled in a graduate, bootcamp or undergraduate degree with a background in business administration, computer science, or equivalent skills or experience.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to provide write clear instructions, called user stories. Motivated self-starter and willing to assist team members to achieve a common goal.
Strong communication skills and prior experience working directly with clients. Outstanding project management capabilities.
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python or other technical programming language required, or strong aptitude to learn these skills.
A team player and fanatic about delivering high-performing, customer-centric products.
