JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven intern to join the team for the summer and to achieve two objectives:
Support our mobile app, website, CRM, and paid media programs through the lens of digital analytics
Learn about how an organization like ours strategically uses data to thrill our customers and achieve business success
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support for weekly/monthly reporting insights & analytics (via Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio, Qlik Sense, etc.)
Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading datasets into a centralized dashboard (i.e., Google Data Studio, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.)
Assist with the implementation and QA/QC of various website tags and new tracking requirements via a Tag Management Solution (i.e., Google Tag Manager 360, Adobe Launch/DTM, Tealium, etc.)
Provide support for ongoing mobile app analytics via Firebase, Kochava, etc.
Provide support for ongoing website A/B tests via Google Optimize 360
Assist with customer sentiment analysis with focuses on product reviews and social customer feedback to find addressable solutions for our experiences.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Learn about real-world collaboration across multiple departments and job functions in a matrixed environment
Apply course work to real-world applications through the lens of digital analytics to help support our marketing touchpoints (i.e., mobile app, website, email, paid media, etc.)
How to create custom reports, monitor marketing dashboards, and maintain data in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Qlik Sense, SAP, etc.
Provide proactive, actionable insights to the business
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, engineering, operations research, marketing)
Must be committed to the duration of the Program Semester
Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the United States
GPA minimum: 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Intern or co-op experience
Experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio, Qlik Sense, Tableau
