2022 Summer (May – Aug) Intern, Reverse Logistics
Ensure a clean and safe working environment as well as the safety and security of all employees by following all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
Inspect current RGA Training Documents to understand the current state of operations.
Interview Team Members in different processes throughout the Reverse Logistics Department to map out how the current work is being completed and identify best practices. Also, be able to identify deviations in the process and immediately notify the supervisor/manager in order to correct the issue(s).
Access and/or Create RGA to understand all pertinent inspection information in an RGA to map out applicable scenarios accurately and successfully and create accurate work instructions.
Gather all information from process reviews and determine the path of material to create a workflow map.
Contribute and implement process suggestions in order to continuously improve RL operations.
Fully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operations
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
Must be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university
Working towards bachelor’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field or equivalent through experience
Must be committed to the duration of the Program Semester
Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the United States
GPA minimum: 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale

Strong analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office tools
