    LiftMaster is looking for a highly motivated, creative and experienced marketing intern to jump start our ABM (Account Based Marketing) efforts and drive growth initiatives with the sales team for key target accounts. The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on funnel metrics, including opportunities and wins. The role will work closely with Marketing stakeholders as well as Sales to ensure programs are timely, creative, measurable, successfully executed, and drive pipeline and revenue.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop the strategies, processes, and content required to execute best-in-class ABM programs that result in substantial in-account pipeline growth.

    • Develop and execute one innovative and creative ABM program across channels from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement

    • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to ABM strategies like personalization platforms, direct mail providers, fulfillment services, etc.

    • Define and track ABM metrics to ensure business impact, as measured by pipeline growth within target accounts.

    • Build repeatable and scalable processes, vendor relationships, and efficiency.

    • Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leads

    • Evangelize ABM across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns, and supporting the development and solidification of the ABM infrastructure.

    • Research specific industry sectors, organizations, and sales account plans to help define and execute 1:1, 1:few, and one:many ABM initiatives.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be enrolled in an MBA program at an accredited college or university

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience

    • Must be committed to the duration of the internship program, generally 12 - 14 weeks

    • Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the United States

    • GPA minimum: 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale

    PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO HIRE STUDENTS ON F1 VISAS AT THIS TIME

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role.

    • Experience working with Sales to coordinate and implement ABM programs

    • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs

    • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement

    • Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and Direct Mail platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot DemandBase, Engagio, Sendoso)

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage

    • Strong project management and time management skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
