    LOCATION: St. Louis, MO 

    CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

    We are seeking a highly motivated HELP DESK/SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Provide technical assistance and telephonic support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
    • Create documentation and SOPs
    • Monitor and support ticket workflows
    • Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
    • Experience monitoring operational activities for all networks
    • Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and determine and implement solutions.
    • Respond to email or chat message for customers seeking help.
    • Walk customer through problem-solving process and follow-up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
    • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
    • Able to perform above duties independently

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • DoD 8570 IAM I Certification

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

    A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of relevant experience.

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    • 3-10 years with Bachelor's Degree

    POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

    SHIFT: Panama, 6am EST-6pm ET
