    CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

    We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated CYBER INTEL ANALYST to join our team in performing a variety of analytical tasks which are broad in nature and concerned with risk assessments associated with IT system design and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, and support facilities and/or equipment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Risk management support on behalf of acquisitions and other supported services
    • Performing vulnerability and impact assessments and awareness
    • Work collaboratively and effectively with all internal and external partners and stakeholders
    • Support the Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) Risk Analysis; a comprehensive Internet and classified based due diligence reporting.
    • Provide analytical support under execution of its mission requirement to provide threat indicator assessments.
    • Research, review, edit, plan, and prepare analytical assessments, acquisition triage reports, studies, plans, and/or other products for the Acquisition Risk Task Force (ARTF). Prepare products that comply with ARTF defined standards.
    • Demonstrate experience in corporate-based/financial researching, reviewing, editing, planning, preparing, acquisition threat assessments, studies, plans, and/or preparation of products that support the overall SCRM mission.
    • Working knowledge of tools and services utilized in the conduct of intelligence analysis and/or corporate due diligence efforts.
    • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data in one or more specialties
    • Review and edit risk mitigation letters for medium/high/critical acquisition risks
    • Support efforts to refine techniques, reporting processes, and tradecraft utilized under due diligence analysis
    • Collect and protect information pertaining to U.S. Persons in accordance with Executive Order (EO) 12333, ICD 731, DoD 5240.1-R, and ARTF RAC SOPs.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Good writing and verbal communication skills

    An understanding of the concepts of risk management

    Experience in Supply Chain Risk Management

    Position Qualification: Five (5) years of IT-focused counterintelligence activities and/or all-source Intelligence analysis in two or more of the following fields: SCRM, corporate due diligence, cybersecurity, law enforcement, counterintelligence, manufacturing, finance, or business analysis

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) processes

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

    A bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    • 10 years w/ High School Diploma
    • 6 years w/ Bachelor's Degree

    POSITION TYPE: Part-Time

    SHIFT: Day
