CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team.   

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Create strategies to collect, store, and manage data within existing tools and resources for use in business intelligence problem solving

Partner with business and IT teams in various areas to develop reports and address data needs to provide reporting solutions

Develop surveys tailored to gather data from workforce or Senior Leaders regarding organizational, process, or other changes, goals and objectives.

Analyze, translate, and shape data into simple, informative visualizations for answering strategic objectives and goals

Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources,

Synthesize and translate business data needs into creative visualizations in Tableau

Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions using mainly Tableau but not limited to it. 

Provide input for organizational structure and re-organization and associated change management actions that need to be taken. 

Provide assistance to senior government managers on organizational philosophy, mission, vision and overall management advice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in data analysis and visualization for resolving business intelligence challenges
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications (eg Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (eg Tableau)
• Solid understanding of coding languages and related principles (eg SQL, rational and relational databases, exploratory analysis, normalization) to support data visualization activities, queries)
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau-based dashboards to drive analytic activity

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• IC experience

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires a bachelor's degree in a field aligned to IT consulting and at least five (5) years of experience in management consulting or change management.   Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for an advanced degree.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years w/ Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years w/ Master's Degree
