    What will you be doing?

    A Warehouse Inventory Analyst of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is responsible for effectively managing inventory to support internal and external customer projects. To provide the highest level of service, daily maintenance of physical items and their locations, prompt responses to requests, and the comprehension of underlying data is required. The work environment is face-paced and requires the ability to adjust priorities quickly. The team upholds a positive atmosphere while fulfilling responsibilities to support the ATC's strategic vision.

    About the ATC: The ATC is a collaborative ecosystem to design, build, educate, demonstrate and deploy innovative technology products and integrated architectural solutions for WWT customers, partners and employees. With it, we've helped our customers do amazing things.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Executes processes for receiving, shipping and warehousing materials for the ATC in a non-climate controlled environment
    • Utilizes knowledge of safety and best practices while operating equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Crane or Box Truck
    • Use multiple applications to reply, update, and manage requests and complete processes promptly
    • Supports ATC Lab teams, DC Operations, project managers, vendors, etc. with asset questions, audits and transfers
    • Evaluate, update, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of ATC asset data
    • Balance several tasks and priorities simultaneously and seek guidance when necessary.
    • Complete physical audits of assets, non-assets, and consumable items
    • Suggest process improvements to help support the strategic vision of the ATC
    • Promote and maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of processes for receiving, shipping and warehousing materials
    • Standard shift hours (7AM-4PM) are generally observed, and the job may include voluntary or mandatory overtime
    • Ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
    • Ability to operate a box truck
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc).
    • Ability to work in a face-paced and deadline-driven environment
    • Strong problem solving capabilities in complex customer delivery challenges
    • Ability to obtain CDL (Class E) and Forklift certification within 120 days of start date
    • This role will be expected to work in a non climate-controlled environment
    • Walk Ups and Direct Messages regarding tasks are common
