    Job Description

    • Update the AV equipment data in the C2F Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
    • Act as the primary inventory management coordinator for all three functional teams to maintain a 100% accountability of all CM and AV inventories.
    • Follow USSTRATCOM IT enterprise configuration management and change management processes for all system changes to ensure all inventories and baseline configuration data are updated and current.
    • Ensure no hardware/software is installed unless J6 properly approves the hardware or software.
    • Procure all hardware and software for Enterprise AV system projects at the expense of the Government.
    • Create a Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurements to be given to the STRATCOM enterprise IT support contractor for purchasing.
    • Ensure procurements meet specifications and parameters defined in the technical solution and implementation plan of corresponding CRQs and satisfy validated requirements documented in corresponding CRQ and shall be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    3+ years experience in configuration management and inventory management. Must have progressive experience in managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits to enable government ownership of the program technical baseline. Must have IT configuration management experience. Experience evaluating change proposals for impacts to data. Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits. Experience performing the technical administrative activities necessary to manage CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, media labeling. Experience developing briefings for management. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Able to work independently and with a team. Must have skills and experience necessary to work closely with program management and technical staff in an integrated product team environment. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
