Accounting internships at Dell last for 10-12 weeks during the summer and are primarily project based. Interns are assigned challenging projects which add real value to Dell and are provided with the structured guidance and support needed to successfully complete their project(s). Upon completion of a successful internship, candidates in Dell’s Accounting Intern Program are considered for a full-time position in the Accounting Development Program (ADP).
