Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable - Service Desk Specialist, you are responsible for resolving tickets or query resolution pertaining to P2P application. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interaction with client/Suppliers as L1 support via e-mail and ticketing tool
• Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion
• Maintain desktop procedures and FAQ's
• Meeting SLAs and other customer satisfaction targets
• You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work
• You will be working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the requirements
• You will be an individual contributor as part of a team with predetermined focused scope of work
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to handle disputes
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish strong client relationships

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent communication skills, Voice support experience required
• Willingness to perform duties in varying shifts.
• Good time management and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS office

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in MS office applications
• SAP experience preferred
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Location Statement

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for paid holidays, paid sick time and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This position is eligible for participation in an IBM sales incentive plan.
