    We currently have an open position for an A/R Specialist in St. Louis, MO reporting to the AR Manager. This position will support the Company’s collections efforts and interact with the customers to ensure timely payment and billing.

    If you're looking for a high volume, fast-paced role, we have just the role for you in our Accounts Receivable Organization!

    The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is a good mix of collections/account reconciliation. While collections is the basis of the job, we spend a lot of time working internally with our sales teams to ensure invoice accuracy and timely payment. While collections can be very challenging, the relationships built both internally and externally are very rewarding as we are responsible for all cash flow and in turn leads to overall success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Timely and accurate submission of invoices for key WWT customers
    • Modify invoices to meet specific requirements for key WWT customers
    • Proactively escalate collection delays to ensure we meet our Collection past due goals
    • Timely communication to Customer inquiries & proactive communication regarding open aging
    • Coordinate & communicate with Treasury on cash application
    • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, & AR Processors to research and resolve invoice issues
    • Communicate with AR Processors on invoice submission/payment status
    • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of relevant business to business to business collections experience required
    • Oracle knowledge preferred
    • Microsoft Office Suite skills required
