  • Responsibilities

    The Addressable Audience Manager (AAM) supports their client in managing the complexity of planning, executing, and measuring their digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on audience onboarding and distribution. The AAM oversees the daily operation of campaigns and the teams that support them, acting as the quarterback to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including, for example, digital advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement.

    What you will do

    The Addressable Audience Manager (AAM) is the primary contact with the client to gather campaign requirements and the main coordination point across internal cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless execution. With the fast-changing digital ecosystem, the AAM may also support the account teams to develop and execute test and learn agendas to drive innovation. As such strong communication, project and task management, and curiosity are critical to the AAM role.

    Typically, the day-to-day functions of a AAM could include the following:

    • Ensuring campaign specifications such as campaign timeline, data requirements, online destinations and special processing needs are outlined and agreed upon
    • Coordinating completion of tasks and handoffs with internal Acxiom teams
    • Resolving issues with timing, quality, performance, etc. and escalate as necessary
    • Utilizing Audience Platforms to setup campaigns, perform distribution and request necessary feedback files for campaign measurement
    • Providing basic reporting using available tools on campaign audience distribution for destinations used for a campaign
    • Assisting internal teams by providing information necessary to invoice the client
    • Staying abreast of industry changes and understanding impact to day to day operations
    • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions
    • Occasionally extended workday hours may be required to complete deliverables
  • Qualifications

    What you will need

    • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
    • Bachelor's degree and/or professional certification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
    • Ability to function independently
    • Understanding of and interest in practice of digital marketing
    • Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    What will set you apart:

    • Experience with and knowledge of ad tech ecosystem such as DSP's, SSPs and ad networks
    • Experience with an audience onboarding platform (LiveRamp Connect, Merkle M1, Neustar or similar) to perform digital campaign audience segmentation and distribution
    • Basic knowledgebase and experience with data processing or data management practices
