We innovate constantly to help the biggest names in business work quicker and smarter and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. You’ll be working on moderately complex billing changes across various platforms.
Completing record orders in CABS, NSOP, and ETRAK in order to make corrections to billing.
Account creations for new customers.
Working with internal stakeholders on requests and to troubleshoot order-related issues.
Support bill media updates, including setting up various account delivery methods, as well as bill name and address changes.
Monitoring workflows for incoming requests and meeting SLA for completion.
Supporting project initiatives and recommending process enhancements and efficiencies.
You are a well-organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but you’ll also have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people.
You’ll need to have:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
One or more years of billing experience.
Prior commercial customer service, ordering, or claims resolution experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
