    Partner Management Team is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining ongoing company relationships with strategic partners. Builds Partner Landscape strategy with stakeholders (delivery teams) and internal business partners that satisfy partner needs, customer needs, and Dell needs. Identifies and develops relationship partner programs.

    You will:

    • Ensure consistency and governance for global partner programs and KPI (Key performance Indicator) standards
    • Collaborate with programs team and partner management team to improve procedures to deliver high-quality services
    • Drive day-to day-operational performance of partners on global metrics
    • Responsible for ensuring partners are aware of all processes and procedures and comply
    • Operational processes and tools training delivery to partners as required
    • Support partner onboarding in collaboration with Procurement

    **Essential Requirements **

    • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment & handle multiple tasks.
    • Reconcile and prioritize divergent demands of multiple parties.
    • Work closely with Senior leaders and other colleagues within the region, outside the region to adopt and help develop best practice. 
    • Solve problems with effective solutions and good organizational skills 
    • Be flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
    • Bachelor’s degree

    **Desirable Requirements **

    • Develop a general understanding of the various service partner types.
    • Learn and assist with managing the partner billing activity that applies
    • Assist with managing assigned partners according to the established processes
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Gather reports and metrics as necessary to measure partner performance

    Compensation

    Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $52++,000++ – $++78,000++ depending on location.
