    As an IT Analyst on the Recurring Revenue Delivery team, you’ll put your functional and technical skills to work supporting both custom WWT applications and key third‑party software. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner in keeping our Recurring Revenue business processes running smoothly and evolving effectively. You’ll build a strong understanding of our systems, data, architecture, and workflows, and use that expertise to drive meaningful impact.

    Success in this position depends on collaboration. You’ll work closely with leadership, architects, product owners, and cross‑functional IT and business teams to design solutions, solve problems, and strengthen the applications that power our operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather and document functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders and product owners.
    • Develop functional design documents that align system capabilities with business needs.
    • Collaborate with product owners and developers to implement solutions based on defined designs.
    • Analyze existing applications and business/IT processes to validate requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Create & maintain accurate documentation of designs, workflows, and user requirements.
    • Conduct functional and regression testing and support user acceptance testing.
    • Support and troubleshoot production issues, identifying trends for proactive improvement.
    • Mentor associate analysts and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous refinement and delivery.
    • Continue learning WWT’s business and technical landscape to support evolving solutions.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and hands‑on experience.
    • Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB for querying and working with data.
    • Ability to read & understand JSON/XML
    • Skilled at capturing business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements.
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot incidents
    • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
    • Clear, effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
    • Experience contributing to planning and execution of IT delivery team projects
    • Experience using AI tools to facilitate their job responsibilties
    • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Comfortable working in evolving environments with shifting technologies and requirements.

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $71,200 to $100,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
