About the Role AppDynamics is looking for a digital content operations specialist to join our team to support and improve our digital user experience. To succeed in this role, you will take an SEO- and customer-first strategy, driving content production based on organic and customer demand. You must be able to adapt quickly to change, drive digital experiences successfully, and keep an eye on competition. You are curious by nature and unafraid to take initiative. You will report to the Director of Web and Digital Marketing. Responsibilities * Responsible for adding, modifying, and maintaining site content as well as implementing approved digital enhancements within Mezzanine CMS. * Setup new site pages/sections and campaign landing pages within Mezzanine. * Continually monitor the website content management system in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors. * Maintain metadata and other inputs in the system to optimize search engine results. * Work with international marketing leads to schedule and manage projects. Manage expectations ensuring deliverables within time constraints. * Partner with various teams to define, support and tune digital production workflow platform to drive efficiency and client satisfaction. * Maintain multimedia, including photo galleries, slideshows, and videos embedded in Web pages. * Verify that all content is approved through proper channels and systems prior to posting. * Work with various stakeholders to test new content before moving to production. * Work with Web Development team on the implementation of new processes and systems relevant to the online digital experience. * Facilitate story development and sprint planning for web marketing requests with Web Development team * Own production, backend and publishing to AppDynamics blog (WordPress) * Project management of CMS upgrades including, requirements gathering, bug tracking and quality assurance. * QA web site deployments (on multiple devices) and log feedback in bug tracking tool (ex. JIRA). Verify compatibility within all browsers and across mobile devices. * Work with assigned product groups to implement projects, campaigns, and new product offerings. Manage and assign all work requests within Asana. About You * 2-5 years of experience managing content production on corporate marketing websites. * Knowledge and/or experience with HTML, CSS, SEO and web content management. * Working knowledge of computer software such as JIRA, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus: Marketo, InVision, Asana and Google Analytics. * Knowledge of multimedia/creative: e.g., interactive/web content, digital graphics/optimization. * Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with a wide variety of staff regarding the publication of information on the web. * Must have experience coordinating with a cross-functional team to understand the business requirements and translate them into content requirements. * Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details. * Must be able to work effectively both as a team member and independently. * Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
