Your Role and Responsibilities

The IBM Finance and Operations organization is a values driven team responsible for driving enterprise performance and IBM’s transformation to a Cognitive Enterprise. As an Associate Business Planning Analyst, your role is to ensure that IBM makes sound financial decisions and to propel profitable business growth by providing analytical insights to assist in business decisions. The Financial Analyst is responsible for analysis of the business including financial performance, forecasts, and budgets. You will be expected to develop and present meaningful assessments built on detailed root cause analysis of business issues and outcomes. Your work is integral to IBM's strategic imperatives and will be used in executive decisions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prior IBM Internship/Co-op experience

• Experience with financial analysis
