JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates run rate purchase orders

• Follows up to ensure delivery of purchase orders

• Supports resolution of nonconforming material

• Maintains and disseminates routine reporting

• Resolves routine issues as well as supports troubleshooting of more complex issues

• Facilitates return to vendor material processes

• Displays persistence and determination in the face of adversity

• Conveys ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication

• Applies a customer service mindset and strives to deliver customer delight

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field preferred

• Office environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Core functional/technical skills required include: Multi tasking & prioritization; operational excellence; relationship management; attention to detail; troubleshooting; systems thinking

• Additional functional/technical skills required include: Data analysis; business insight

• Customer service skills

• Utilizes resources to complete tasks; tracks own efficiency using reports and tools

• Basic familiarity with basic understanding of Supply/Demand

• Basic ability to understand and manipulate data from a variety of sources

• Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required

• Accurately keeps track of details and deliverables

• This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight

• The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands
