WWT Application Services has opportunity for an Associate Client Manager. As an Associate Client Manager you will assist the WWT sales efforts with local Fortune 500/Enterprise level customers across all verticals. This person will be an integral part of a growing team to achieve sales of customized software solutions to both current and prospective customers. You will participate in the formulation and modification of short and long-term sales strategies for targeted territories and/or vertical markets. The Associate Client Manager provides both technical and strategic advice focused on solving business problems, creating business opportunities, and driving business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Associate Client Manager will work with the local WWT sales team to sell broad technical services, solutions and products to our customers. Day to day responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships within a territory, taking part in customer sales meetings and presentations, and helping to bring customer requests to the WWT technical teams for scoping. The Associate Client Manager will team with local Client Managers, Engineers and Architects, as well as experts to truly provide expertise and value. The candidate must be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to implementing custom software and digital solutions. A variety of complex tasks will be required and you will be asked to work closely with the World Wide Technology, Inc. sales team, to manage and grow business.

THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES ARE REQUIRED:

• 1-2 years of experience consulting, selling and/or implementing custom software development solutions and/or professional services
• Understanding of both mobile and web application development practices is ideal
• Ability to work towards shaping the buying requirements and selection criteria of commercial customers
• Experience with working in an "Agile" environment is helpful
• Ability for overnight travel (25% - 40%)
• Presentation, writing and organizational skills required
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and teambuilding skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• BA/BS degree in related field
