    As an Associate Client Manager you will assist the WWT sales efforts with local Fortune 500/Enterprise level customers across all verticals.  Armed with the expertise of our sales engineering team, you’ll build and nurture relationships with our customer leaders, identify gaps within the customers technical environment and deliver state of the art solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation and Digital Strategy. With our Advanced Technology Center and Platform (https://www.wwt.com/atc) at your fingertips for briefings, training, workshops, demos and POC’s you’ll be delivering best in class results for your customers. 

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    The Associate Client Manager will work with the local WWT sales team to sell broad technical services, solutions, and products to our customers. Day to day responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships within a territory, taking part in customer sales meetings and presentations, and helping to bring customer requests to the WWT technical teams for scoping. The Associate Client Manager will team with local Client Managers, Engineers and Architects, as well as experts to truly provide expertise and value. The ability to listen, learn and understand broad technical solutions is required as you look to provide value to our customers on cutting edge technologies.  

    WWT is growing in North Texas and is looking for an Associate Client Manager to support an established growing book of business.   The Associate Client Manager will work directly with a Client Manager to achieve stated goals in revenue and GP.  

    Job Description

    • Establish yourself as the primary point of contract within assigned accounts for all quoting and order management activities
    • Accurately respond to customer requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details)
    • Proactively use Salesforce to record all activities associated with assigned accounts and pipeline opportunities
    • Building relationships with appropriate WWT employees and Partner companies.
    • Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services
    • In-depth knowledge and use of WWT tools, processes and partner facing applications to build and validate technical configurations
    • In-depth knowledge and clear articulation of WWT’s Go-To-Market Strategy and solution offerings (including ATC, LaaS, Supply Chain and Professional Services)
    • Consistent participation in weekly ATC Strategy Meetings / Call (ATSM)
    • Proactive participation in all key account planning sessions as well as key customer and partner briefings
    • Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect sources of supply and associated quote and order processes
    • Proactively leverage product promotions and rebate incentives
    • Maintain expert knowledge of partner registration process and proactively register all applicable opportunities
    • Onboard new OEMs when necessary
    • Proactively recognize and take necessary action to upsell and or attach services to an existing opportunity
    • Proactively provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders
    • Coordinate Internal/Customer tool integrations (Pivot/comet/ ITSM integrations)
    • Mentoring / Follow-up of ISR’s on pricing, quoting, delivery of proposals/quotes
    • General issue tracking and resolution coordination
    • Attend Weekly meeting/updates with assigned
    • Work with WWT Business Development team to create QBR’s, Value reports and other customer facing presentations

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications: 

    • 2 years previous, business development, inside sales or sales operations experience at a partner OEM, VAR, or System Integrator 

    • Knowledge of WWT’s OEM landscape including Cisco, Dell, VMWare, NetApp, HPE, and others.

    • Working knowledge and relationships in the OEM Partner community.

    • A roll up your sleeves, can do, attitude

    • The ability to embrace constant change
