    The IT Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team manages the platforms and integrations that make work at WWT possible. Our job is mission-critical, time-sensitive, and impactful to every single employee.     Job Responsibilities

    • Solution Delivery: Deliver high-quality, tested, and performant HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions.
    • System Integration: Develop and maintain seamless integrations with various downstream systems.
    • Collaborative Development: Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects within an Agile environment.
    • Maintenance & Support: Actively participate in production support and create technical design/support documentation.
    • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing alongside analysts and business users to ensure functional accuracy.

    Job Qualifications

    • Education: BS/BA degree in IT or a related field.

    • Experience Level: 2+ years of professional development experience.

    • NodeJS (MUST): Required experience in NodeJS, including backend and frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.

    • Core Logic: Familiarity with functional programming and design.

    • Technical Pluses:

      • Oracle HCM: Experience is a strong plus.

      • PL/SQL: Experience is a plus.

      • Kafka: Experience is a plus.

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,200.00 to $94,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
