    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

      

    The Associate Engagement Manager will work directly with the Engagement Manager (EM) to assist with the support of their Staffing teams and projects. The Associate Engagement Manager’s goal will be to learn our processes and grow into an Engagement Manager over time. Additionally, the Associate Engagement Manager will be responsible for assisting/shadowing the EM to develop a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement.   

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

     

    Associate EM will be responsible for but not limited to: 

    • Create customer and internal Newsletters 
    • Track new starts and maintain assets tracker 
    • Generate adhoc reports using Tableau  
    • Maintain Staffing roster/database 
    • Create and maintain new processes and procedures  
    • Coordinate updates between HPT team and consultants 
    • Assist Engagement Manager  
    • Onboarding and Offboarding consultants 
    • Consultant 1:1 meeting 
    • Consultant status reporting 
    • Custom Customer report 
    • Business Review Strategic Staffing Presentation

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

     

    • 3 to 5 years of overall experience as a project coordinator or equivalent  
    • 2 to 3 years of experience of direct interaction with the client 
    • 1-5 years of technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment
    • Strong knowledge of and proven experience with outsourcing/managed service engagements
    • Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry a plus 
    • Ability to learn quickly 
    • Expert in excel and power point 
    • Experience with Tableau  
    • Creative/innovative characteristics  
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and solve customer-facing problems
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $50,000-65,000k. Specifics will vary depending on skills, qualifications, education and geographic location.
