    ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL ANALYST

    Location: St. Louis, MO

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Reporting to the FP&A Analyst Team Lead of Global Enterprise Sales, the Sales Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the overall success of the Sales FP&A team, providing a high degree of proficiency in analyzing accounting data, identifying, and communicating financial risk, and working cross functionally with accounting and finance departments to resolve issues affecting the line of business P&L.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for preparation of the weekly financial forecast

    • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis against budget and forecast and review results with accounting, FP&A, and individual P&L owners.

    • Coordinate preliminary order and service deferral resolution, and reconcile backlog, communicating and coordinating with senior financial analyst to mitigate risks.

    • Support preparation and data entry of the annual budget

    • Interface internally with corporate accounting and operational organizations to ensure accurate order profitability

    • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting.

    • 0-2 years of related work experience.

    • Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high performing team management model.

    • Technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite.

    • Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experience preferred.

    • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
