    ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL ANALYST

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Reporting to the Director of Corp. Finance, the Associate Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the overall success of the corporate FP&A team, providing a high degree of proficiency in collecting, manipulating, and analyzing accounting data, acting as gatekeeper of Corporate FP&A data with a focus on improving data quality and contributing to the correct acquisition of new data and metadata. This role will work cross functionally with accounting, finance and sales departments to resolve issues affecting data aggregation and reporting capabilities across all lines of business. This role will be focused on standardizing and augmenting customer, material, services and backlog data for reporting. This role will have responsibility for producing reports related to inventory, headcount, rebates, and risk as well as monthly management reporting packages.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for quality control and augmentation of data sourced from the order profitability report, project profitability report, and top customer report

    • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages including inventory, headcount, risk, advance orders, and management financials, working with FP&A analysts to ensure accuracy and providing report template updates as needed.

    • Provide ad-hoc reporting support as needed

    • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting.
    • 0-2 years of related work experience.
    • Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high performing team management model.
    • Technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite.
    • Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experience preferred.
    • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
