Working in a virtual team environment with our inside sales and field sales teams, the primary focus of our Associate Inside Sales Representative position is to generate qualified customer leads that the sales teams can develop into sales opportunities.
•Uses multiple lead-generation tools (Salesforce.com), new age selling techniques such as video (VSNAP), Twitter, and Linked In and the phone to generate potential sales leads.
•Meets a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly quality appointment goals and generating qualified leads that ultimately convert to booked pipeline revenue.
•Participates in ongoing sales, business and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of company solutions and go-to-market strategies. This includes written tests and verbal presentations that measure sales competency and messaging ability.
•Understands our wide ranging product solutions. This will be accomplished by participating in ongoing sales, business and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of company solutions and go-to-market strategies.
We are seeking candidates for our Associate Inside Sales Rep training program in Franklin, Massachusetts. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must! Candidates must be mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills and be a true team player. Candidates should have a proven ability to influence others and the capability to convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure. Prior sales or “hunter” experience is preferred, but not required. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, coupled with the desire to begin a sales career in a fast-paced technology company.
