    The Order Operations team systematically supports Project Manager's by managing the order fulfillment process which includes all activities from quote to complete delivery of product. This team is accountable for the successful execution and fulfillment of program specific orders and works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight.

    JOB SUMMARY

    An Associate Order Manager provides analytical and transactional support for the Order Management elements within WWT's Global Order Operations function. Reporting to a Supervisor of Order Operations, an individual in this role supports the successful execution and fulfillment of program specific orders, which may include supporting issue resolution across multiple internal functional areas.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES

    Responsibilities of this job consist of transactional and analytical work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following:

    • Supporting the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This support is both transactional and analytical in nature.
    • Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
    • Supporting execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain

    Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following:

    • Foundational capabilities in Material and Inventory Management, Job Specific Software (MSFT Suite, ERP, CRM), Data Analysis
    • Intermediate capability in Customer Service

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or supply chain related field

    CERTIFICATIONS

    • N/A

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years of supply chain and/or customer facing experience preferred

    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments
    • Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWT's Core Values.

    WORKING CONDITIONS (IF NEEDED)

    This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight. The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands. Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and there may also be opportunities for overtime and periodic domestic/international travel (up to 10%). This role will be expected to work in an open-office environment with desk sharing/hoteling practices. Travel between our Maryland Heights, MO and Edwardsville, IL locations is common.
