RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects/programs
Support all operational and administrative requirements to progress the delivery and utilization of technologies contained within the Enterprise Agreement (EA)
Engage with OEM and customers to define, track, and manage requirements and contract execution
Manage and streamline asset management database and processes to identify and remediate gaps and inefficiencies
Work with OEM and Customers to increase accuracy of the Install Base records through SmartNet Account Clean-up, unattributed inventory identification, and deletion of expired assets at end-of-life or not in use
Provide in-depth Smart Account licensing training and best practices, serving as the long-term resource for advanced technical support needs
Develop and implement processes to automate licenses management and tracking
Develop and maintain customer-facing online portals
Construct and deliver supporting materials for metrics generation and tracking, and business reviews
Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects/programs to include client requests to drive EA adoption goals
Develop and manage a risk management program to identify and report risk across multiple projects
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Compile technical and programmatic lessons learned to improve contract execution and apply towards future business development opportunities
Strategically advise Engineering and Account Teams to expand GEMSS contract structure to other Navy and DoD Enterprise Agreement opportunities
Educate and Train Government customers on GEMSS EA coverage, tasks and process to guide customer licensing and technical services requests
Minimum of five years IT Project and Asset Management experience managing complex inventory and new product requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT related field.
One to three years prior sales/business development experience is preferred
Hands-on experience managing DoD assets under the Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) and the Global Enterprise Modernization Software and Services (GEMSS) contracts
Knowledge of the Navy's IT governance and implementation structure to include an understanding of the Budget Submitting Office (BSO) organization and associated stakeholder reporting chains and relationships
Understanding of financial processes. Able to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change
Understanding of the Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process and contract processes
Able to manage contract modifications, control the impact to a program, and assist with negotiations on contract scope, cost, and schedule
In-depth technical knowledge of OEM hardware and software licensing constructs from a customer use-case perspective as applied in the Navy's technical environment
Good understanding of Supply Chain processes to identify, and recommend fixes, to process inefficiencies
Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
This role may require on-location work with WWT customers. Some customers may require WWT employees and contractors coming on-site to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or to receive frequent negative COVID-19 testing.
