The ASSOCIATE SOLUTION ARCHITECT (PRE-SALES/SALES ENGINEERING) is a professional individual contributor that works independently with limited supervision and knowledgeable in their chosen discipline (networking, infrastructure, wireless, authentication, security).

The incumbent will provide exceptional training and assist with design and implementation support to the lab environment as well as solution services being offered to clients and partners of Cloud Harmonics.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our department, SOLUTION SERVICES, handles all of the presales, professional services, support and training for Cloud harmonics.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 60% PRE-SALES / SALES ENGINEERING Provides vendor solutions to customer inquiries targeting specific technology requirements. 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience

• 15% PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Provide design and implementation support to clients and customers of Cloud Harmonics. Be available for remote and/or onsite work where required to best suit the needs of the Company.

• 15% TRAINING Delivery of exceptional training on a weekly basis. Effectively communicates product/vendor capabilities. Tests and maintains existing lab environment.

• 10% COURSEWARE & LAB ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT Takes complex ideas and transcribes them into a clear, concise message to support the customer's product understanding. Builds lab environments to support courseware development and enhance the customer's experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years customer facing support experience

• Minimum of 2 years functional experience in network security and firewall

• PCNSA and PCNSE - preferred but not required
