• Analyze business requirements
• Create functional/technical specifications for application development
• Build code as per specifications
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Prepare necessary technical/ training documentation as per standards/ processes defined
• Support users to troubleshoot/ fix defects
• Follow IT service management and software engineering practices as per standards defined

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Knowledge of software development practices
• Development skills – Microsoft/ Java
• Willingness to learn new technologies
