WHERE IS THIS POSITION LOCATED?
Hybrid Remote, this position will be performed from one of the North American Integration Centers or remote locations in the United States. This position is for Full-Time employment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a member of the GLC Automation Team, you will assist and lead in the research, development, build, and support of lab environments leveraging the NAIC/EIC/AIC facilities. The architect works with Sales, Business Development, Program Managers, and engineering teams to develop and implement automation within our integration center projects.
The ATSA is expected to represent WWT as a junior level subject matter expert within automation and solution development and work towards constant self-improvement to become a Senior level subject matter expert.
The ATSA will learn/demonstrate communication and presentation skills to engineering and senior-level team members and clients in areas around scripting, coding, and imaging.
Maintain scripts to deploy images and/or configurations over low-scale operations.
Develop quality assurance validation scripts to support daily production
Ability to use detailed documentation for all scripts, virtualization, and processes with mentorship
Configure and troubleshoot LAN protocols such as VPCs, LACP, and STP.
Working with customers to determine requirements for imaging and related services.
Research and propose network hardware and software lists to support the current environment.
Support network services that relate to image deployment.
Maintain and entry-level troubleshoot code in various languages.
Identify risks associated with any addition or change requested.
Ability to evaluate work intake for complexity, scope, LoE, and timing estimates.
Entry-level skill in a primary engineering and automation domain
Active, passionate learner who is receptive to coaching from peers
