    As a Cable and Technical Support professional in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut you will provide world-class technical assistance and general support to our client’s customers. This could include answering inbound calls regarding technical issues and general billing inquires, scheduling technician visits, and ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient manner.

  • Qualifications
    • You must reside in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and be fluent in Spanish

    • 60 credit hours of college OR 2 yrs military experience OR a technical certificate/degree

    • A quiet place to work inside your home

    • A headset for training & high speed internet service is required for all of our programs (1Mbps upload/15Mbps download)

    • Solid computer keyboarding skills

    • Experience in customer service, sales, and/or technical support

    • We provide: the computer (Wyse terminal) along with keyboard, mouse, hard phone, headset (for production) and monitor.
