World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Business Analyst in St. Louis, MO. World Wide Technology (WWT) Business Analysts work in a very dynamic and challenging environment. There are no skill silos here. Our analysts get a lot done utilizing a broad range of functional and technical skills. Our analysts speak the language of the business and developers and are expected to be creative and forward thinking. When confronted with discordant views or ambiguity, our analysts find the best way forward and work to convince their team. Our analysts are encouraged, challenged, and provided opportunities to expand both their functional knowledge and technical capabilities.

As a member of our ATC Core Development team you will:

• Participate in the design, development and testing of software in an environment that utilizes custom-developed and third party purchased tools
• Along with the rest of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet requirements, meet quality goals, and deliver optimal performance
• Ensure that our team is staying ahead of business needs and finding new ways of supporting a constantly evolving set of requirements.
• Debug issues in production environment and be part of production support
• Drive best practices and set standards for your team

You will be expected to:

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated, be open to adjusting priorities based on stakeholder feedback, and work in a continuously changing environment
• Enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication
• Take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and concisely
• Distill ambiguous stakeholder requests into concrete requirements
• Work with stakeholders to identify reasonable quality goals based on product needs
• Follow Agile methodologies and work with a cross-functional team to drive improvement
• Exhibit a passion for technology and learn continually
• Assist in the design, testing and implementation of high-quality technology solutions

Qualifications

• Two years of business analyst or consulting experience
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile Software Development
• Experienced in testing and root cause analysis of issues
• Comfortable with different platforms such as; websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on continual improvement

This is a remote opportunity with the preferred location being St. Louis, MO.
