YOU WILL:

• You will be working as Business Analyst.

• Demonstrate solid understanding in either of Business domains that LTI operates such as. (Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Life Science, CPG, Insurance, Banking and Financial Services etc)

• Be able to collect, examine, and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized, and documented.

• Utilize your ability to elicit requirements, document, analyze, and manage changes.

• Shoe experience in detailed written communication. Capability to create process documentation, flowcharting, knowledge articles, handbook, etc.

• Be able to effectively use analytical tools/technologies to manipulate/ analyze/ process/ represent data.

• Engaged in full life cycle of functional testing i.e. Development & execution of functional Test cases and UAT support etc. Demonstrate understanding and be able to effectively work in Agile or waterfall PM methodologies

• Demonstrate an ability to excel in a diverse, multicultural workplace. Support all workstreams and serve as liaison between the differing perspectives and experiences.examples of Bias for action in resolving a challenge.

• Utilize Logic and a Process to resolve a complex problem

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor’s in Business (Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Manufacturing domain). A minor in Data or Information Systems is a bonus.

• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools in solving a Business or Personal challenge.

• Basic understanding of the various Product Development Lifestyles (Waterfall, Agile)

• Support a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with third-party vendors, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.

• Basic knowledge of Business-related tools. MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL.

• Exhibits attention to detail in day-to-day activities.

• Good to have knowledge about Functional Testing i.e. Test Planning, Developing Test Cases.
