What you’ll achieve

As a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will analyze business data, providing assessments of trends and producing meaningful insights that improve business performance. You will also design and implement business intelligence dashboards, develop database logic to extract required reports and champion process improvements within the organization. Our MIB (Modernize the Install Base) team is a sales support team dedicated to maximizing revenue for our existing customers. The MIB team manages mining the Install base and creating proactive alerts for Field Sales relating to upcoming compelling events which can trigger both Transformational and Transaction Technology Refresh sales.

You will:

• Produce standard daily, weekly and monthly reports with minimal variance
• Provide key reports to the team
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports
• Troubleshoot issues with standard reports and collaborate closely with customers on reporting difficulties
• Develop lower complexity analysis and publish through well-developed interfaces like Excel, Access and BI standard interface
