• Use your understanding of UCSB's campus culture to formulate and drive both innovative and proven strategies to acquire UCSB student users on Pluto.
• Manage & grow your own team of brand ambassadors to execute on acquisition strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with the founders via weekly updates, Slack, emails and calls to constantly optimize program strategies and operations.

• You primarily use an iPhone.
• You're at least a sophomore and full-time student at UCSB.
• You're an active leader in at least one student organization at UCSB.
• You're active on Instagram & Facebook, Snapchat preferred.
• You're comfortable finding, communicating with and managing students outside your 1st degree network.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking and organizational skills.
• You pride yourself in being able to think creatively.
• You're comfortable enforcing accountability and handling operational gaffes on the spot.
• You're proactive and naturally seek efficiency.
• You're a team player with great communication skills.
• You can work at least 4 hours a week.
